Paul Rogers

Mr. Rogers is currently C.O.O. of CASHét Card LLC where he oversees business and systems development and all day to day operations.

Prior to this post he served as Director of Global Content at Intero Alliance, LLC in Franklin TN where he oversaw all aspects of intellectual property acquisition and licensing for the global entertainment event Avon Voices as well as other related business development activities.

He was also the founder and CEO of, which was created to help get “bands to fans” Formed in 2008 TourSavant was a virtual road manager for independent bands with online and offline features including a loadable credit card with discounts at 20,000 gas stations and 7500 hotels in North America. He also devised, designed and developed an intelligent tour router to take all the hassle out of planning and booking a tour. Tour Savant was based in Nashville with offices in Toronto to serve Canada.

Prior to this startup Mr. Rogers has also been integral in the start up of successful music publishing companies in the last dozen years, most recently being tapped by Fintage House (a large Dutch entertainment services company) in 1997 to jointly create their music publishing and secondary rights business. Mr. Rogers also has extensive international music royalty administration experience combined with royalty tracking system design expertise.

He has also served as a contributor to articles in various trade publications including Billboard and Hollywood Reporter and has guest lectured at the USC Film School and been a panelist at events such as the Hollywood Reporter Film and TV Music Symposium, The Nashville Film Festival and The ATLAS International Film and TV Finance Summit.

Shawn K Gillespie
Sr. VP. Of Operations

Shawn Gillespie has recently joined CASHét as the Senior Vice President of Operations. Shawn is the senior lliason to the production accounting community and has vast experience in all production accounting matters.

Mr. Gillespie worked at Entertainment Partners as the Director of Production Incentive Administration & Finance. He provided consulting and administrative services for tax incentives for film, television, and commercial production. His 17 years of production accounting experience include working for several major studios; 20th Century Fox - Titanic, Universal Pictures - Evan Almighty and Leatherheads, DreamWorks - Collateral and Eagle Eye, Sony Pictures - Fun With Dick & Jane and Talladega Nights, Walt Disney Studios - Sweet Home Alabama, MGM - Out of Time, Miramax - Havana Nights and ABC Network – Army Wives Seasons 1 thru 4. While working on productions, he administered incentives for the states of South and North Carolina, New York, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and Canada.

As the Manager of Production Finance for Home Box Office (HBO) he supervised production accounting on Sopranos, Six Feet Under, Arliss, 61, Dinner With Friends, Shot in the Heart, and Laramie Project.
